Appointed in June, 2007, John Woodhead is the Company Secretary of William Harvey Research Limited which is the trading arm of the William Harvey Research Foundation, being a registered charity, of which he is the Administrator / Company Secretary.
His professional background includes experience as Company Secretary & Senior Manager, Personnel, with an international consortium bank based in the City of London. In addition, he has held the position of Association Secretary for a National charity and fulfilled the role of a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice.
John Woodhead is an Adviser to the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of which he is a member of their UK Committee and International Council. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
