The Conference Division is part of William Harvey Research Limited, the trading entity of the William Harvey Research Foundation, a registered medical charity.

The Foundation is a 'not-for-profit' organisation, formerly the William Harvey Research Institute, which was founded in 1986 by the Nobel Prize winner, Sir John Vane. The objectives of the Foundation are to promote and support fundamental research leading to new treatments for cardiovascular, inflammatory, metabolic and other diseases.

The Conference Proceedings are published under the imprint of William Harvey Press and profits from the conferences and publications are covenanted to the Foundation.
